An Adequate Stay

spacious room clean food cold water annoying sellers

The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaning service maintained the room daily. The gardens and grounds were really good. They provided a wide variety of foods with high standards of cleanliness.

The weather became cold and the pool water felt very cold. Staff informed me nothing could be done. sellers both inside and outside the hotel were annoying. I found this disappointing.

attentive staff modern gym relaxing river dessert variety

The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes, great for varied workouts. I enjoyed the lazy river. It offers a relaxing way to see the grounds. The multiple dining choices made meals interesting (I especially liked the variety of desserts!).

The gym is well-equipped and it includes various machines (I saw several treadmills). The food had good variety (especially the breakfast buffet).

I found the staff consistently available and helpful. The reception team, including Omar Aly and Gehad, displayed professionalism and courtesy. Dining at Tamarind offered diverse dishes, while Tanga Beach Restaurant and S Square Teppanyaki provided high standards. I am grateful.

The hotel is large, and the hallways between the elevators and the rooms aren't air-conditioned.

Our sea view suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. I was very happy with this detail. Blackout curtains were installed in our suite. It helped me sleep. A spacious balcony included comfortable loungers. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

Really good Service and Great Amenities!

I really liked my room, a spacious haven with luxurious touches! The comfortable bedding was amazing, it ensured restful nights. I found the variety of food options exceeded my expectations. There was something delicious for every meal.

The gym equipment needs some updating to match the overall quality of the resort. It's a minor point though.
